The location was very strategic. Very near to port klang KTM station. Can reach by walking distance. Room was nice n air cond quite good. So comfy. Toilet good n clean. Easy to check in n check out. Staff was friendly

On entering the hotel I was told to wait… even though I was the only one there…whilst the old guy behind the glass sloooooowly counted some cash and put it in envelopes.
I stood there for 20 minutes whilst he did this!
Eventually the lady next to him stepped in and helped me out.
I’ve never had a situation where I was made to feel like I was not wanted at a hotel - VERY poor service.
The room itself was in a bad way. Mould and hair around the basin, broken toilet seat and everything just needed a really good clean.
On the back of the door it states “no prostitution” - so you can probably get a sense of the vibe.
On the positive side the mattress was ok and the price was reasonable.
My recommendation - look elsewhere.
And to the hotel… can I suggest you only have the lady behind the glass wall - who was helpful - and find somewhere to hide the man (and his cash filled envelopes)

i can say confidently that this is the worse experience in my entire life
the place is a dumpster honestly
the receptionist is as arrogant and hostile as it can be
the first room i was offered was horrible stains all over the bed (including lipstick marks )
towels used bathroom not cleaned after the previous client and the garbage bin was full
when i complained to the receptionist he offered me a room with no window and no other options
the bed was still stained and dirty (i did spend the night scratching myself )
the bathroom is impossible to use
Tv not functional and i had to switch off the aircon because the noise was so loud
this place does not deserve to be on trip.com platform honestly BIG BIG disappointment
