Great for a quiet getaway, with great value and service

Spacious rooms with modern design and newly renovated, tucked away in a quieter neighbourhood 30-40mins away from the city centre, this hotel presents a chill vibe.
The pool is shared with the condo next to the hotel, but the gym is exclusive to the hotel. Gym equipment is new and modern, whilst pool could use a refreshing.
This was my second time staying here (both times being staycations since I live in Singapore) and I can say my experience was so much better this time.
The service provided by the team, specifically Faizan, has been nothing short of excellent, noticing the smallest of details and making sure he took care of them. He served me personally at breakfast, and even adjusted the blinds where I sat, keeping out the sun.
Breakfast was delightfully well-spread. The numerous local offerings and sumptious choices can rival that of Renaissance, which I’ve also stayed at since they’re both part of the Marriott Group.
Will definitely be back!

Exceptional Service from Natasha

Special thanks to Natasha, who provided an absolutely seamless service from start to finish. She was professional, attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, making the whole process completely wonderful. Five stars well deserved.

Warm hospitality, Delicious High Tea

The Mesh@Four Points by Sheraton: Lovely cafe overlooking lots of greenery. Superb service from the cafe staff; Faizan, Kemberly and the restaurant manager (sorry, we didn't catch her name). Many thanks to the kitchen staff too for accommodating us although we arrived quite late for the high tea and without prior reservation Reasonably priced high tea set which includes dishes and snacks from each ethnic group in Malaysia. Thanks so much for the filling and delicious meal!

One Night Stay Review

When we reach the hotel at 11+pm, it was a smooth check-in so we could quickly wash up and rest for the day.
We also noted that there were pretty cakes on the table and a beautiful handwritten card by Faizan to congratulate us on our anniversary. We took a moment to appreciate that.
Even during breakfast, as I needed something non-caffeine and soothing for my body, I requested for a hot honey lemon and he went all the way out to prepare it for me. I was really thankful for that gesture.

Good stay at Four Points

Overall, it was a good stay!
Had lunch at the hotel, Faizan is attentive and professional. Keep that attitude going on.
