The room is not very big, a two-star hotel, I don't expect a lot, but it is very comfortable to live in. The room is very quiet, and I sleep until I wake up naturally every day. Although the facilities are not satisfactory, the room is clean and hygienic.

Short stay for Gunung Ledang hike

Stayed for 2 nights in normal room with queen size bed for RM65/night. Clean room and general facilities were in good working condition. Aircond, water heater, tv (not many channels though) were fine. Iron was placed outside for common use.
There are several Thai/Malay eating places within walking distance, so food is not a problem. There is a self-service laundry in front of Petronas station which is also within walking distance.
This place is about 15mins drive to the Gunung Ledang National Park in Sagil. Just nice for our Gunung Ledang climb over the weekend.

Pleasant stay

Double Queen with spacious room for RM115 are great value. Facilities Petronas, Surau, Food Stall, Doby are all around the Inn.
If possible try to book earlier the same saiz & facilities for RM105 which is the front room near the road.

Tangkak not yet a tourist destination

Stayed at this one star hotel on 5th Aug 2016. For a start this is rather a no star hotel which dont accept any credit card as all transactions are in cash and F&B outlets is not available.
Nothing fancy on the rooms facility either as there are no fridge or tea/coffee making machines. Rooms conditions is pretty bad as it needs immediate renovations and painting. There is an ironing do-it-yourself services just beside the reception office which is available 24 hours.
Eating around the area is not much although there is a eating place nearby which is open for dinner and lunch only. But for breakfast...get ready for the worse as frankly there is none available in the vicinity of the area. But there is a convenience store at the gas station nearby to this hotel where snacks are available for your morning breakfast.
Sadly transportation around the hotel is lacking due to the authority failure to upgrade this infrastructure. The truth is buses are rarely seen and you can hardly spot a taxi nearby as most of these taxis needs to be called in advance to fetch you around the area. So the best options is dont leave your car at home as you badly needs it when  visiting this area in Tangkak.

a nice cheap hotel

a cheap and clean hotel. stayed in a family room with 2 queen bed, was only rm 110 per night. a big size room, clean bathroom and had coffee/tea facilities, wifi and njoi astro.
the room had also 2 wall fans with a/c..this makes the room really cold. parking space was good and private.
walking distance to petronas and dominos. nice and friendly staffs.distance only 20 mins to gunung ledang.
really a good budget hotel and cheap.
