Tempatnya ok.Tak sesak sgt. Sblm check in kena byr booking cash. Merata cari atm sbb atm pn xde cash. Ramai yg cashless skrg. Kalau dpt Qr pn ok. Hrp dpt improve la. Lewat sejam br dpt check in. Kolam mandi xde tempat sesuai utk budak. Agak dalam. Kena pantau betul2. Iron board semua luar bilik, air filter ada jgk luar bilik, bilik besar jugak, tp aircond lambat sikit rasa. Bilik air ok tp paip air problem, kita tolong baikikan. Dah ok. Makan pun ok, nasi lemak sedap. Tp kita biasa cari scramble egg klu g hotel, xde kat sini😂So far, ok je check in sini. Tqqqqq, gambar xsnap lgsg. Boleh la ape ada🤣

SUPER LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE

"Disappointed with Tier's approach to customer service. Their 'support' feels like just a display – when issues arose, they pushed all decisions to the hotel with zero advocacy for me. Even simple requests like modifying dates or pre-paying were rejected and kicked back to the hotel. Contrast this with Agoda, who's more proactive on customer behalf.
But here's the kicker: it took 3 hours and my explicit complaint for (link unavailable) to finally call me saying the hotel agreed to modify the date... for extra money, as originally shown in-app . Totally unacceptable. Feels like customers only get treated right if they complain loudly. Otherwise, you're just a cash cow.
Given this, I'm deleting my account and won't be using (link unavailable) again. Would advise others to steer clear too ."

The mirror inside the room should not face the bed. There is an empty wall near the main door which would be a more suitable place to position the mirror.
Regarding parking, the hotel should reserve indoor parking spaces for in-house guests. On the day of my stay, there was an event at the hotel and most of the indoor parking lots were occupied by non-guests. As a result, I had to park outside under the hot sun

Hotel was nice from outside but the interior need a little refreshment such as the paint at the walkway to the room. The room was spacious for 2adult and 1kid. There's blackout incident during 645am the next day and i heard a 'trip' sound on the DB and my husb check there was a trip but manage to settle it on our own since the front desk didnt pickup our call. The breakfast quite basic i would suggest the hotel to add a few kuih-muih selection. Next time we gonna try to eat breakfast at the warung right in front of the hotel. Quite many people having bfast there. The staff were friendly. Not much to expect and complaint because we staying there just to rest after a long journey. The shampoo quite small but the smell are good.theres only 3pillows provided.
