Good but not great
Although the room as a whole was excellent, there were several shortcomings during the stay.
During the overnight stay there was a problem on the floor above that brought water into the room, but this was resolved in a timely manner. A bit less so the requested change of sheets because the first ones were stained. Upon returning to the room, the sheet seemed to be the same one with the stain on the other side. A bit of a joke...
The cleanliness in the kitchen (common area) was not optimal. Presence of a lot of dust probably caused by the renovation work underway in the building during the guests' stay... perhaps avoidable.

Ignorance at its finest
We made a reservation through Booking.com with confirmation number 6079636906 and submitted a request for free cancellation, which was officially approved by the platform. Despite this, the property is refusing to refund our money.
What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of communication. We have repeatedly tried to contact the property via email, messages, and phone calls, but they simply ignore all attempts to reach them.
We cancelled our stay due to the situation surrounding the war in Iran and the uncertainty it created for travel at the time. Instead of showing understanding or professionalism, the property chose to ignore us and keep the payment despite the approved cancellation.
This behavior is unacceptable for any accommodation provider. We strongly advise future guests to be very cautious when booking here.
