Very disappointing- not as advertised
Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we have experienced. The accommodation was not consistent with the impression given by the Booking.com listing.
The cleanliness was unacceptable. We found hair on the sheets, which immediately made us uncomfortable staying in the room. The bedding itself was also not in the condition we expected.
There were significant noise problems late at night, making it difficult to sleep. The advertised jacuzzi was also not as represented in the listing photos. The balcony was much less private and peaceful than we expected, with nearby businesses and public activity.
The staff attitude was also disappointing. When we raised our concerns, we did not feel that they were handled with the level of professionalism, understanding, or willingness to help that we would expect from a property in this price range.
The breakfast was average at best and did not make up for the other shortcomings.
We contacted the property and made efforts to have the problems addressed, but we were not satisfied with the response. Ultimately, we left after only one night and did not use the remaining nights.
Overall, the combination of cleanliness issues, noise, poor handling of our concerns, and discrepancies between the listing and the actual accommodation made this stay unacceptable. We would not recommend this property and would not stay here again.

So glad to have discovered this little gem
* Balcony with sea view - wow ! - we have never had a better sea view location than this !! * - Sea swim virtually from the front door - * Quiet and peaceful - the resort is busy by day but quieter at night - loads of small restaurants but no noisy clubs, discos or music bars. The hotel is tucked away in a lovely corner of the bay - no traffic. Good breakfast - lovely buffet with hot food cooked to order by friendly and cheerful staff * To top all that this is probably the most picturesque and beautiful village resort by the sea in Malta xx Very safe and secure and friendly helpful staff - not intrusive but always available

Excellent breakfast selection with Full English cooked to order.
A lovely smell as you enter the place and warmly greeted by Michael on reception.
