Worst Hotel Experience

I had the worst experience during my stay. Only reason I've chosen this place was due to the location. Very close to the big market and Agadir beach.
However room condition was bad, the mattress was very old and they just placed a thin mattress topper but I could still feel the springs.
Air-conditioning did not work and we had to sleep with the windows open and even then we was sleep deprived due to the heat and end up having morning headaches not allowing us to enjoy our holiday.
They have a TV but no channels work.
Toilet door doesn't close properly.
But the worst experience was that they tried to charge me 200 Moroccan Durham - £15 to watch a world cup match near the poolside inside the hotel. That I did not like at all, it's the principle, I paid to stay at the hotel and have access to the poolside as long as I am there.
Our beds were not cleaned because we was leaving the following day, making us do our own beds so I did not like the service overall.
Outside may look very modern however the inside looks very old fashioned from 1990s

Avoid! Dishonest and unpleasant staff. Bed and sheets with yellow spots. Room door deteriorated and badly repaired. Provide disinfectant, leave no personal belongings and especially turn off the lights and close your eyes....

Nightmare experience.

Absolutely avoid, I used to stay in this hotel, but this last time December 2023, was a very bad experience, no water for showering, the breakfast offer is pitiful.

Not a good hotel.

For a three star hotel it could do a lot better. They have charged me more than the booking cost was. Doors and windows are not sound proof so it’s very noisy in the room even at night time. Breakfast was awful. Basis food. No soaps in the bathroom. Lifts are old and very scary. Staffs don’t understand basic English. It was very hard to communicate with them. I had to take shower in cold water as it took 15 minutes to get hot water. I have stayed in worst hotel with better service than this one. We asked for extra pillows for the bed but was told they can’t provide extra pillows as only one allowed per room. The advertised free parking space but we had to find parking space on the street and pay guards to look after the car. If you like cold food and cold coffee then this is your hotel. Otherwise not.

Do not stay

Absolutely scandalous and disgusting filthy do not stay here people I also had a large amount of money taken by the cleaner from the suitcase in the room.
Avoid at all costs the pictures are decieving what a horrible place to stay in so loud and dusty cannot get a good sleep bed all stains in and towels grey and stained avoid
