Our booking and room was given to others as the nice receptionist said he had problems with expedia in his hotel computer then he sent us to another hotel in downtown which was a 3 star

Scam! Don't go there!

We booked a room at Majestic Hotel, but when we arrived, they told us that they had a "water problem" and sent us to another hotel that was held by the same guys - Hotel Colisee. I believe that they sold our room to somebody else and that is common practice there as I read the comments here. They sent us to another hotel and didn't even show us the new rooms before we paid.
Filthy hotel with a very dirty bathroom, it had blood stains on the bedsheets, really dirty bathroom, the wall next to our bed looked like somebody kicked it with dirty shoes on. The only good thing was the air conditioner. Would not recommend, it's a scam.

NEVER RESERVE

When we arrived the next day we were told that the manager was on leave and that he was not there (which the receptionist knew very well) and we were told to check with booking. Except according to booking it is up to the hotel to reimburse us. We explain this to them but they refuse under the pretext that they did not receive any money for our reservation (lie, would they accommodate us for free? Never) until then we have not been reimbursed, the receptionist made fun from us and refused to recognize the presence of cockroaches despite photos taken in the 3 rooms. We had to find another hotel at 00:00. NEVER book this hotel!
