When I go back to Casa, I will stay here!

Excellent location, in the city centre, which does mean noise! Lovely and clean with a good sense of security and pleasant staff. Good value for money.

Clean rooms clean floors grey food very helpful staff , however they don’t answer requests via any booking app, nor do they let you know there’s 4 bars which get out at 4 am and no room stops the noise , I had booked a jr suite and was awoken by construction in am from next door afternoon as construction from above (maybe another building & then the noise from the bars at 4am -7) the food servers and staff were all nice yt communication is an issue via the apps . I had asked for an airport pick up or link which is advertised in hotels.com and two weeks after checking out I ve still heard nothing about that or my other request… also hotels.com advertises then as cancel anytime and pay at property which I chose and they seemed to have lost my reservation for pay at property , I tried to leave early due to noise and neither me or hotels .com could initially reach them for four days .. after getting the manager he said their rules are advertised on hotels.com and its not free cancellation despite booking saying so and calling them multiple times in my behalf

Wrong idea...

Let’s start with the positive, it is well located and very inexpensive, the breakfast is very good. Otherwise everything is horrible ... located in the street of bars and discotheques with dubious virtues it is impossible to sleep. No insulation and noise in the street all night and every night. No cleaning in 3 days. Plastic bed linen. Terrace with broken chairs, serving as toilet for pigeons. Poor quality shower gel and shampoo in family format. Breakfast is good, 3 compositions possible, homemade but no change over the days. Be careful one coffee included and no water. Catastrophic finishes, no elevator door. Great water cleaning on the tiles of the entrance hall at rush hour, guaranteed waterfall and contemptuous look when it is said that it slips enormously ... Unpleasant staff except the evening receptionist, is adorable to him. Even focusing on Price quality ratio is far from the point of view...

For the price, it passes...

Located downtown in the street of 2 nightclubs, result between 4 and 5am screams, horn, police siren... We almost got stuck in the elevator because he only had, like, half a door we had to hold so he wouldn't stop. Too bad because large balcony, large bed very comfortable and very friendly staff

Surrounded by restaurants and strategic places to easily recover taxis and trams
Good pt dej and very nice staff from receptionist to maid
