Excellent

Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would do so without the slightest hesitation!! We stayed in the suite with two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom, with a direct view of the lagoon… and it was simply magical. Waking up to this beautiful view will remain etched in our memories. The decor is sublime, everything is thoughtfully designed, cleanliness is impeccable, and comfort is perfect. You immediately feel good there; I would even say that as the days go by, you feel at home! But what makes this place even more exceptional is mainly the team… all the staff are of rare kindness, always smiling, attentive, and available. They take the time to advise us on activities to do in Dakhla, car rentals, the best restaurants, places to discover, and they constantly remind us not to hesitate if we need anything. Such a warm welcome is becoming rare these days, and it deserves to be highlighted! The owners are also lovely, very present for their guests, and always attentive to their needs. You can really feel that they put their whole heart into this hotel.
The breakfast was excellent, varied, and very pleasant with this incredible view of the lagoon. We also ate several times at the hotel restaurant where the seafood is ultra fresh and delicious. They also offer excellent smoothies, juices, and coffees, with very reasonable prices for such incredible quality. And a special mention for the pancakes which were absolutely delicious!!
The servers were also top-notch from start to finish.
This is clearly one of the best experiences we have had in a hotel. Thank you very much for this perfect stay. We will definitely return!! :)

Excellent stay in Dakhla at the SH.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The welcome is warm and caring. The rooms have a stunning view of the sea, and the café-restaurant offers quality meals, especially the breakfast, which is hearty and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the activities in Dakhla; the hotel managers helped us plan the entire stay and made things easier for us with a helpful chauffeur service since we were not driving. The staff is professional and attentive at all hours to our needs. The hotel is clean and new. I highly recommend it.

Best experience

We had a wonderful stay at the SH Dakhla, the staff is very kind and caring, the room and the hotel as a whole are very clean and well appointed. The sea view is just breathtaking. The manager was able to advise us great addresses nearby and we were able to discover nice swimming spots. Thanks again to the manager and staff, we will never forget our stay in Dakhla ❤️

Debut

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel a beaucoup de charme et offre des chambres très spacieuses. On sent qu'il est récent et qu'il a un beau potentiel.
En revanche, certains équipements n'étaient pas encore totalement finalisés lors de mon séjour : la télévision de ma chambre était en réparation, le réfrigérateur n'était pas encore correctement installé et la climatisation n'était pas encore disponible. Ce sont des points qui devraient être améliorés à mesure que l'hôtel finalise ses installations.
Nous avons également rencontré une petite différence entre le tarif affiché sur Booking et celui demandé sur place. Le propriétaire a été très courtois, nous a expliqué la situation avec transparence et a immédiatement remboursé la différence, ce qui témoigne de son sérieux et de son sens du service.
Dans l'ensemble, c'est une très bonne adresse, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le gros flop concerne le transfert aeroport qui semblait inclut mais n'a pas été assuré.
