A good stay at Essaouira

We have been to the Hotel during the 1st of May and it was a good experience. A few minutes walk to the centre also with a taxi with only 8 dirham we carry to the Medina with all facilities. The Hotel was a good stay, silence, bath with hot water and very good breakfast with two choice, continental and maroccaine. Very nice persons at the lobby and into the restaurant at the arrival. I suggest this Hotel to all my friends.

To flee

A so-called 3 star hotel but awarded under what title? The rooms are of questionable cleanliness, the sheets are stained, the bathroom is in such a state that one can find hairs... The elevator doors kept slamming all night long without questioning the staff to remedy it. No hot water, no towels, no basic bathroom furniture. The included breakfast was not complete and the only request for a coffee included a supplement. The staff is present as an extra since a minimum of service is not provided. I definitely don't recommend it.

Hotel vents Des iles

Shocking hotel room was small no air conditioning.
Bed sheets were dirty toilet seat was broken bathroom door handle was broken.
The hallway was in complete darkness no lights.
No towels asked staff for towels on arrival was told in about 2 hours we cancelled the hotel on booking.com and found alternative accommodation.
Please don't waste your money this really is a terrible hotel.
Look elsewhere.
