The pictures don’t do it justice. We arrived to a warm welcome from our host. They gave us tea and cookies and told us to get comfortable while they made dinner. The dinner was on the rooftop with a view and it was a dreamy night. We loved it so much that we decided to change our plans and we stayed here another night. I highly recommend. The staff felt like family by the time we left.

Hands down the best and friendlies stay in Fes

What an amazing stay! From the moment you step into Riad Damia, you are treated like royalty in a setting that feels like a true palace.The suites are fit for a princess—tranquil, spotlessly clean, and featuring incredibly comfortable beds. The showers are exceptional with an abundance of hot water, and the WiFi is super fast. As for the breakfast, it is nothing short of a feast!
All of the staff are really friendly and helpful.
What truly makes this stay wonderful, however, is the manager, Asmaa. She was beyond wonderful and nothing was too much trouble; she effortlessly organised our meals, transfers, and even a takeaway breakfast for our early flight.
We also highly recommend the on site hammam spa—being scrubbed and pummelled was exactly what we needed after two days in the desert.
The location is perfect: a stunning setting with city views, easy car access for pick-ups, and a short walk into a safe part of the Medina.
This is easily the nicest riad we have ever stayed in while visiting Morocco. We are already planning our return for next year and will continue to recommend it to everyone!

When we arrived, the staff just let us know we will not be getting our room and we have to share a room with our friends. Horrible horrible experience. The next night they did give us room, but even then the experience was not pleasant.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Morocco! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The hotel itself is beautiful, with traditional Moroccan design that really gives you an authentic experience while still feeling comfortable and luxurious.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. I especially loved the decor, it felt like I was truly immersed in the culture. The amenities were great, and everything I needed was easily available.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Morocco. Whether you’re there to relax or explore, this place offers the perfect balance of comfort, culture, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!
