For me it was all great, quiet place , rooms expand perfect bathrooms air conditioning and television in rooms , wifi throughout the Riad , food and excellent service plus very close to the medina

Amazing stay and hospitality in the Medina!

I was so excited to stay at the Riad Zaya because of the wonderful pictures online, and the pictures were spot on! Rooms and the sitting area were absolutely stunning, and so clean! It was only a short walk to one of the gates of the Medina, and our host, Youssef, met us at the gate to bring us in. He helped us get drivers, tours, reservations, and even cooked us dinner! it was our first time in Fez and he welcomed us like family. I was unsure of what to expect, but it exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend staying at the Riad Zaya. We were so spoiled it will be difficult to stay in a big hotel chain again!

Riad beautiful, spacious, very clean, great rooms, 5 star service, the Riad manager is very welcoming, very helpful.
The typical food of Fez is delicious. Beautiful terrace with panoramic views and possibility of meals on the terrace.
We loved it!!

Everything perfect thanks to Youssef

It is a perfect combination of history and modernity. It is completely renovated but has the typical aspects of a riad. During our trip to Morocco it was the most comfortable riad for detachment. The view of the Medina from above is wonderful both from the lobby of the riad and from the rooftop. The great added value of the riad, however, is Youssef who manages to make guests feel at home and take care of their every need. He found us a great guide to visit Fes and organized dinner in an exquisite restaurant. Trust and trust him and everything will be perfect!

First Night in Fes

A visit to the Riad Zaya with our Intrepid group led by Siad was a wonderful way to spend our first night in Fes. On the rooftop we could enjoy the beautiful twilight conditions listening to the sounds of Fes. We can together shared stories and were welcomed into this beautiful Riad.
