Great service, the staff are all friendly, the room was so clean. They offered a free breakfast to my sick friend 😅 we’ve appreciated it a lot.

Staff were so friendly but we were surprised we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Our room was freezing. Another guest checked out and went to a different hotel because he was so cold. When we got to breakfast the second day there was no hot tea or hot water. We sat there for over 20 minutes and no one came to get our order or bring out tea. I really liked the people but I was a little disappointed overall.

Horribe. To flee!!!!!

Too bad we can not give a negative Rating because everything from the reception to the exit is deplorable.
The room given did not match the photos at all and as by chance no other room available.
Bathroom remained in its 80s juice, suspicious walls, bedding unworthy of a Pension, in short this place is absolutely to be avoided.

Decent Hotel in Ifrane

I stayed one night in this hotel and it was not too bad. The local scenery is fantastic and the city (Ifrane) is very clean with manicured lawns. The food at the hotel was good and service was ok. The main drawback is there is no elevator so you may have to pack you luggage up several flights of stairs to get to the floor your room is on. Overall a good 3 star hotel.
