Authentic Beautiful Hotel

Great stay in the Dades Gorge

Great spot to spend the night in the Dades Gorge, with a beautiful view from our room down the Tisidine bends in the road. We had a delicious dinner and a very hearty breakfast served by the friendly host. Not far from the Monkey Fingers formation so easy to start a hike there early in the morning before it gets hot. Recommend highly for one overnight.

Surprise

On the road with 3kids we didn’t want Hotel search stress …and not knowing Morocco either. Bookingdotcom was the tool . After a daunting but precious sharp ride up the dangling road perfect hairpins we got to the top and found this strange little b&b. First impression . OMG what is this? We were hosted by Hasan and his collegue perfect French and English Worked as well .
An ancient mountain top hotel , wooden beams . Big in the mountain cut stairs . MointainPass panorama.. . The diner Hasan made was perfect . Morrocon ofcourse . The rooms quirky but unique out of an old movie .
If you want some real old mountain pass traveler charm ?try this .
If you go in a hotel and count the bathroomsoaps measure the pillow size and hardness , stay away . Don’t go up the pass anyway . Better stay home with Netflix and a pizza .
If you want to live try an unpaved road . Nice surprises and think away a little rough edge sometimes ? give it a go.
And the paved road?….the real road here is of the goddess but stop at Blue Affriqua at the top

Highlight of a Moroccan Road Trip

My friends and I took a trip from Marzouga to Marrakech
on motorcycles and stayed at Riad Bleau Africa one of
the nights. It was the highlight of our trip.
Hassan, the owner and operator is one of the most
hospitable people I've ever come across. He made us
feel right at home and had great stories about designing
and creating the Rad out of the mountain.
The food was SUPERB.
The place is solar powered which is pretty cool and
waking up the Gorge has no comparison.
We highly recommend it. Will be back when in Morocco.

wonderful place

We had such a wonderful time there and we enjoyed the life of the Berbers who live in the Mountains ! great stuff and super cool people , i would like to stay more in Boumalne Dades but i'll do next time
