A hotel of absolute relaxation

A very beautiful hotel, authentic, clean and very quiet, well located in the city center near all the attractions of Marrakech, excellent wifi 24 hours a day, professional staff to make your stay a huge pleasure.
For fun, Jamaa El fanna square is a few steps from the hotel, for dining, don't hesitate to enjoy their cuisine on their beautiful panoramic terrace.
A hotel that is worth a detour at any time. Bravo to the staff of the Agnaoue hotel.

Good price/quality ratio and excellent location

Acceptable price/quality ratio.. even in the heart of the old area of the medina close to everything..
Just pay attention at night especially if you travel with children or women. It is a street quite busy by the night market and with a lot of people getting involved and bothered by the persistence almost on top.. mainly getting involved with them.
But in terms of space is what it takes to spend a few days without much luxury and without much walk to know everything. Great location..

Bad experience

Old hotel, dirty room, shower not enough flow just a trickle of water so to rinse your hair I'll let you imagine the time it takes!!!
Uncomfortable bed, stains on the bed linen. The only positive point is the animation.

Great place to stay if on a budget.

This place is in a great location and you couldn't ask for a better management. The room are small but the beds were nice. They let us keep our bags there for 3 days when we went out on a tour. They also have a very nice balcony where you can order food and drink.

Issues but staff attentive

Location was excellent, straight down the street to the main square, easy access to all main sites in the old city. Helpful staff. Wifi worked in room. Initially we were put in a tiny room that barely fit the bed and the heater didn't work. The shower was in the toilet basically and when i had a shower I flooded the whole room. We complained the next day and got put into a triple room. This was much more comfortable, the heater worked and the bathroom was much bigger and didn't flood. Staff in the cafe where you get breakfast are not very attentive but if you take a hotel staff member with you they will get what you need instead.
