The rooms are beautiful and the team speaks French very well and is at the top!!
Excellent food with varied cuisine great location we can do everything on foot shops are not far and taxi service is excellent I recommend

Deplorable

Hello,
I booked a room through you at the Tafoukt Hotel in Marrakech from 19 to 25 January.
Reservation number 24421271402.
In the name of Denis Collin
On my arrival they put me in a basement room without window, without heating (14 degrees in the room), 10 minutes watch in hand to get hot water, I pass on the state of the shower head.
In the morning I put my shower gel on the edge of the stone basin it fell on my feet.
I asked to change rooms they offered me another standard room telling me there would be an extra, I refused, they handed me another room in the basement, with the same problems.the very friendly African staff, being able to do nothing without the approval of their management.
I did not see these during the whole stay, no apology for the sink accident, nor any explanation.For information the hotel was empty, as confirmed to me by the staff.
I find that unacceptable.
What is the procedure.

Scummed for 800 dh

This hotel is scum. The staff is nice, but the owner are exploiters. I paied two nights, but because of bad news I had to leave in the morning. I told the staff that that night, but the owners weren’t in. So I had to wait for a refund till the next morning.
In the morning no one of the owners was on duty, so we had a telephone conversation. They told me that they had to wait for authorization of Hotel Tafoukt in Agadir to give me a refund and that would take a day.
Because I had to leave, I couldn’t wait and told her that I would come back.
After I came back, she just said that she can’t refund me because she didn’t get the authorization.
To get more information about the refund I ‘ve contacted Hotel Tafoukt in Agadir, and guess what. They informed me that they are not associated with this Hotel.
Well there you have it, a masterwork of a play!!!
To be continued on social media!! Because I won’t let them get a way with it..

Great Stay!!

This place was so amazing! The staff and manager were super friendly and accommodating during the stay, though the didn't speak English. It was easy to communicate via Google Translate. Breakfast left more to be desired but it was nice to be included for the stay. The hammam experience was so relaxing and professional. It was also an easy walk or short taxi ride from places to visit and was easy to get to for excursion pick ups.

The property was quit tranquil and I felt safe, the staff was very professional and courteous I enjoyed my stay and I will come back again
