La Claire Fontaine is a true gem, in an excellent location right on the edge of the medina. It’s an easy stroll through the lively Souks to the famous square, making it perfectly positioned for exploring the city. With plenty of restaurants close by, you’re spoilt for choice, but it’s worth checking if you fancy a beer or glass of wine, as not all establishments serve alcohol.
The Riad itself is absolutely stunning—a serene and calming oasis amid the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout the property. The Majorelle suite was beautifully appointed, featuring a range of thoughtful touches and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. A special mention must go to the Moroccan breakfast, which was delicious and not to be missed—a true highlight of each morning. Smail, Younes and Sulleyman were exceptional hosts; their genuine warmth and attentiveness made us feel incredibly welcome. It’s the sort of place where you arrive as guests and leave feeling like part of the family. Nothing was too much trouble, they can arrange restaurant bookings, trips, massage, taxis to and from the airport etc. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with outstanding hospitality in the heart of the city.

Everything was wonderful, I will never forget the staffs generosity. The riad was stunning, clean and central to town.

Shelter from the storm

A beautiful Riad boutique where after busy days in the high atlas I felt at home for the beauty and excellence of the service offered. Ecstatically very nice, with large rooms and with every comfort. Special and very kind staff.
Excellent restaurant with excellent dishes. Too bad we could not have stayed more days. Highly recommended.

An exceptional Riad with amazing staff!

We had an exceptional stay here, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The airport transfer was easy, and Younes met us at the drop off point and walked us to the property.
Breakfast each morning was excellent, amazing food and very good coffee.
The staff could not be more helpful, highly recommend this Riad.
