brilliant!

beautiful property! We had the best time with great staff and customer service. glorious location! We loved our apartment! Everything was just perfect! have access to everything you might need, including Carrefour, a Rental car, and a massive swimming pool surrounded by outstanding palm trees, definitely recommend it!

DO NOT BOOK - Worst place i have ever experienced

‼️DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE ‼️
This is easily one of the worst resorts I’ve ever experienced. The entire place smells unpleasant, and the infrastructure is outdated, poorly maintained, and in many areas simply broken.
The layout is also very inconvenient — the apartments are located far from the check-in area, making the whole experience frustrating from the start.
What made it even worse is that I checked out immediately without spending a single night, yet they still refused to issue any refund. That level of service is unacceptable.

I travelled to Morroco for the Marathon and sightseeing

I stayed at this hotel from last Friday until Friday, January 30, and my experience was very uncomfortable. I was forced to share the apartment with a maid who slept in the same space as me. When I informed reception that I was not comfortable living with a stranger, I was bluntly told this was “house policy” and that I had to accept it or leave. There was no cooperation or attempt to address my concerns. Throughout my stay, I felt anxious about my belongings and uneasy in my own accommodation. I also felt pressured by repeated requests for tips for small favors. Overall, the situation made it difficult to feel relaxed or secure during my stay.

The worst place in Marrakech

The residence is now spacious and beautiful but very poorly attended by too many khaliji people
First inconvenience on the day of arrival the accommodation that I had previously reserved was given to someone else and on the second day I discovered the disappearance of my Gucci bag (they defend their staff it's normal but no measure serious is not taken on their part
