Riad within the walls of the medina
Riad very comfortable, where the tranquillity, hygiene and the sympathy of the staff.
The breakfast very well served with variety and quality.
The boy at the reception is sympathetic, always available and accessible to help. Moroccan decor and Mood transports us to an imaginary movie. Those who arrive at 3 o'clock in the morning get scared with the Mood of the streets that circulate Riad, then we enter and behind the door we encounter an oasis. During the day we realize that despite the awful appearance of the streets, we are safe and no one gets into us. I would be staying in this Riad again. It is 8 minutes walk from the suks and 15 minutes from Jemaa-el Square.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Lies, terrible service, and animal cruelty
DO NOT STAY HERE! Lies, terrible service, and animal cruelty. We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this Riad. The management and communication are a complete disaster, and guests are openly lied to.
1. Payment & Checkout Drama: From day one, we asked how to settle our bill. First, we were told "only cash," but after asking again, they said they would check if credit card payment was possible and keep us updated. We followed up for three consecutive days. On our checkout day, they suddenly claimed they had always said "cash only" and acted as if we had never asked about the card. Even worse: just 2 hours before our flight, they demanded we walk to an ATM (a 25-minute walk away!). Only after a massive argument did they finally agree to cover a taxi for us.
2. Airport Transfer & Communication: Information is never passed on between staff members. We booked our airport return transfer well in advance, but when we double-checked on our departure day, they pretended they had never heard about it.
3. Dietary Requirements & Lies: Before our arrival, we requested oat, soy, or almond milk via Booking.com. At our first breakfast, they served us regular cow’s milk but tried to tell us it was oat milk. It was completely obvious by the smell and consistency that it was cow’s milk. When we complained, they took it away. For the rest of the trip, it was a constant struggle. They repeatedly claimed we never requested it, even though we were talking to the exact same person every day! One day they had oat milk, the next day it was gone again. Very frustrating.
4. Hygiene: The towels were hung outside across the Riad grounds to dry, meaning they were visibly dirty and definitely not hygienic.
5. Terrible Breakfast Service: The staff seemed completely annoyed whenever a larger group was present. Food arrived at completely different times. We routinely had to wait until the very end of our breakfast to get our coffee. On our last day, we were the first ones at the table, but despite asking multiple times, our coffee was only served when we were already done eating.
6. Animal Cruelty (The absolute breaking point): While we were sitting at breakfast, a staff member literally kicked a cat. We immediately intervened and confronted him, but he was incredibly rude and showed absolutely no remorse or understanding for his disgusting behavior. Save your money and your nerves—avoid this place at all costs!
