A magical place; we're coming back with friends and family!!!

This is a phenomenal place. It is centrally located inside the old Medina (no cars allowed) yet around the corner where you can easily get taxis and where tours pick up from. Ibrahim, the manager is amazing when it comes to friendliness, efficiency and effectiveness and is one of the best features of the hotel. He makes the stay so easy and pleasant with great advice, airport transfer arrangements, guidance and tips, and ensuring everything is to his guests' satisfaction. I watched some of the world cup games with him and had great conversations where I got a great education about the country, the culture and the history of Marrakech. The breakfast was wonderful, the room beautifully appointed and impeccably clean, with well-functioning air conditioning. The courtyard is beautiful. Several guests were women travelling alone, and they felt safe and secure. I highly recommend this Ryad, it made our trip a memorable experience. This will be where we stay when we return.

Perfect location to so many places. Excellent room! Ibrahim the riad manager is helpful and kind. Breakfast is great! Would love to go back!

Super nice, clean, beautiful place inside la Medina. Great host, help me with inside tips and map of la Medina. I will recommend it to all my friends.

While it wasn’t exactly what we expected, our stay was excellent. We didn’t realize that the Riad was down a narrow alley, and several streets from the limits of where cars could navigate. Because of that, we did not stay out late, and tried to get back to our room before nightfall. Nevertheless, the location was convenient to many places, and the helpfulness and cordiality of the property manager, Ibrahim, made up for any shortcomings of the property. Upon arrival Ibrahim immediately put us at ease by giving us an orientation to the city, downloading a map that works in Marrakesh, and designating on the map points of interest and restaurants. What’s the new map on my phone all I had to do was follow the arrows and we got to where we wanted to be. He also helped me when I couldn’t get the train tickets to Casablanca that I had reserved in advance. He located a travel agent that was able to get me the train tickets that I needed on the spot. He also communicated for us with the operators of the day trips that we reserved, and adjusted the breakfast times to accommodate the Tour pick up times. He was incredibly helpful.

Absolutely amazing! Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The property was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was also in a great location, close enough to the centre of the medina without being too far away or too busy.
Our host Ibrahim was absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly, very attentive and nothing was any trouble for him. He arranged a surprise for us on arrival which was so beautiful and he took the time to explain to us about the key locations and how to stay safe. He was brilliant.
I would definitely stay there again without doubt
