The room was incredibly clean, fresh and comfortable! Najib was the most phenomenal and kind manager. He was around and available to talk and shared some of his amazing life experiences. Saida is a wonderful chef, the meals were genuine Moroccan dishes and delectable. They were so helpful to book excursions and cabs for us. We were very well taken care of and thrilled to have had the opportunity to stay at El Jadide.

Nice family getaway

We had a pleasant family stay in Marrakech for Christmas and especially at the riad El Jadide! The first contacts were with Boris with very good advice and great confidence!
A welcome at the top with Saida very kind and kind. She organized all the excursions and transfers! Always available and smiling, always good advice was very reassuring without forgetting Najib always at the riad to welcome us at any time!
All the staff is very nice and pleasant, always smiling and very nice!! The kitchen is great , tagine, breakfast ... the rooms are very well decorated, equipped and very clean! The riad is beautiful!!
We feel confident and it feels good to return to calm after very intense days!
The riad is well located quiet but very close to the center and it is done on foot very easily!
We will return to it without hesitation

You could not ask for more.

What a little oasis. Staff, food, room, toiletries, sun beds on the roof and small pool…..
Do not let the walk to the Riad put you off, it really is fabulous.

Marrakech: from the chaos of the medina to the serenity of a riad

From the first WhatsApp exchanges with Mr Boris, we felt that we were in good hands: responsive, available, he even arranged our transfer from the airport (€15/20), which facilitated our arrival. First culture shock: Moroccan driving, unique of its kind!
Our walks in the medina and the souk were intense: noise, scooters, donkeys, pollution, indescribable smells... and that constant impression of avoiding being run over at every corner. But the real daily challenge remains to avoid being scammed every time you buy: whether in souks or even in some supermarkets, remember to check your receipts!
The riad is located in a neighborhood that can upset you culturally at first, but we get used to it very quickly. For excursions, I recommend going through Get Your Guide or just ask Saida who will advise you very well. For taxis, count about 7 € for your trips, no matter where you are in the medina.
Fortunately, what a joy to find the Riad after all this: calm, fresh and serenity, a real antidote to the external tumult.
The true treasure of Riad El Jadide is its guests:
Saida, the “iron lady”, unparalleled cook (chicken tagine with pears is a must!),
Najib, of rare kindness and generosity,
Amine, always smiling and helpful,
and Kabira, with Saida’s sister, who takes care of the rooms with great gentleness.
We felt at home, welcomed with warmth and sincerity. An unforgettable experience that I recommend 100%.

Riad El Jadid is beautiful! The rooms, the patio with the pool, the rooftop.. The gentlemen who work there are really very friendly and attentive. It is only a little further away from the center, about half an hour or 20 minutes walk, but you do well with company...
