Very interesting accommodation, the neighborhood is however oriental very get used to, time travel
Great accommodation, high quality facilities, well maintained, on request dinner in Moroccan style. Highly recommended, taste very good, e.g. Moroccan soup, fresh bread, baked chicken with lemon and other herbs, fresh fruit salad, then hot tea with herbs and bread. Generally there was a large bottle of water with it. For 4 people it cost a total of 60 €. The hotel has a quiet, large roof terrace.

Exceptional and very pleasant
As a family, we were very satisfied with the accommodation. The rooms are very clean, the toilet very well equipped

Fantastic experience
Riad located in a quiet location within the Medina, perfect as a starting point for sightseeing. Clean, very kind and super helpful staff for anything you need. I spent 10 days and felt at home, any problem or clarification about the city, the means of transport, the telephone company to choose, I always found availability and help. If you decide to spend a few days in Marrakech, you will find yourself at home, guaranteed. Highly recommended

Don't book!
We were unfortunately not in this house because the service is absolutely poor and we were not shown any accommodation. We were forced to postpone the date of arrival (illness ) and asked for a room a few weeks later, full payment has already taken place. At first we were ignored, then only briefly and rudely pointed out that the paid room only applies in the booked period. No accommodation, although we offered to pay up. Absolute naughtiness, I have never experienced anything like this!!! Very disappointed at this unwillingness to help us. I do not recommend this place!

Bad and incorrect management
I state that we could not stay at this Riad since we were forced to cancel, with deep anger and regret, our trip to Morocco. I wish I could make amends for the kindness and good heart of these people - as mentioned in other reviews - however, this is not the case.
Less than 24 hours before our departure, my boyfriend and I were involved in a car accident (not caused by us, by the way, I would like to specify), as a result of which we were injured and transported to hospital. So, livid and swollen, I spent a day of discomfort and sorrow, especially for the missed trip.
Therefore, I communicated to the properties I had booked (including this one) our inability to stay at them, explaining the tragic circumstances and emergency reasons, not depending on our will. Aware of the fact that there was no free cancellation, in the process of cancellation, however, I discovered the possibility of trying to forward a request in which the various facilities were asked, in exceptional cases, cancellation without penalty, the outcome of which depended totally on them. For this reason, I also made myself available to attach the clinical documentation of the emergency room reports, testifying to the fact that what happened was real and the motivations more than serious (for obvious reasons, ignored here too).
From now on, this Riad in question, cut off all communication I attempted. Twice I made the request for cancellation without penalty - which I thought, given the non-response is one way and the other, had not been successful - and both times I was ignored. In parallel, I also tried to get back in touch with the managers, however in vain. Total absenteeism, for the next two and a half days.
At that point, I call Booking and find that the requests were correctly, it was simply the Host ignoring them. The assistant, sorry and hoping to help, sends a third request, only following which the outcome appears negative. Asking for explanations, strangely they answer me (but I would say only because I put Booking "in the middle") and I am told that customers often change their mind, cancelling, so they must "protect themselves". They!
I reiterated that our choice was not dictated by a whim, but a compulsion caused by force majeure. And, of course, I was ignored to the end.
So, not only am I stunned and disconsolate that I missed the chance to visit, for now, a probably extraordinary country, but I also have to suffer the mockery of these people!
Not only that, but I suspect they could also let other guests occupy our room (since, despite my attempts to cancel, our reservation has always remained confirmed), earning us twice.
It is specific that Riad ouhmidi was the only Riad booked by us to behave in this shameful way! The others all immediately showed us condolences and empathy, immediately granting us free cancellation, which, I repeat, I know was not due, but if granted anyway, in similar circumstances, is indicative of the nature of the people and the quality of management of the facility. In this case, over and above the outcome of the request, it was precisely the whole theatre set up on that proved disrespectful and undignified. Which was for me a source of stress, in a time already stressful and profound discomfort.
Shine on such a misfortune. Zero humanity.
