best choice i made for the first stay in the city. i expected cleaner water for the pool but the others made up for me. i will totally recommend here to anyone

Not charming, not authentic, and poor value for money…. Beautiful photos on the sites that are misleading
I am quite disappointed with my stay.
The establishment is very photogenic and the photos really make you want to go, but once there, the feeling is very different. They highlight the place in a way that does not really reflect reality.
The main problem concerns the service. The team, especially at the bar and in the restaurant, seems little invested. The employees are often on their phones, sometimes give the impression of being customers of the establishment themselves, and lack smiles, attention, and a sense of service. You do not find the warm welcome that you can expect from accommodation in Morocco.
The bar is also quite expensive for very average quality, which reinforces the feeling of poor value for money.
Finally, the general maintenance leaves something to be desired. Without being catastrophic, the cleanliness and maintenance are not at the level of what the photos and comments lead one to hope for.
In the end, the potential of the place is real, but it is largely wasted by insufficient service, a lack of professionalism, and a presentation that creates expectations far higher than the actual experience. I will not return.

A Beautiful Stay Inside Marrakech Medina
A very pleasant surprise in the heart of Marrakech Medina. This riad has a fantastic and authentic atmosphere, making the experience feel truly Moroccan.
We especially loved the rooftop terrace, which was a perfect place to relax after exploring the busy streets of the Medina.
The location is excellent and ideal for anyone wanting to stay inside the traditional part of Marrakech while still feeling comfortable and safe.
All the staff were always very kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast could be improved with a bit more variety, but overall we really enjoyed the experience.
Definitely one of our recommendations for travelers looking for an authentic riad experience inside the Medina.

This is a well run hostel. The common areas are well maintained and very relaxing. The breakfast buffet is well worth it; lots of options and a fair price, especially if you book ahead. The location in the medina is good. I could get to the main square to meet for tours within a 10-15 minute walk. It maybe be worth booking a pick-up if you have rolling luggage as taxis cannot drive right to the hostel and it's a very bumpy walk with a suitcase. I ordered a pick-up when I left and a guy came with a cart to move my luggage until we got to the taxi, which was much easier. I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm which was cleaned well everyday.

If you’re looking for a hostel in Marrakech, this is your best option. Location is great and I was able to walk pretty much anywhere I wanted to go. I would recommend the hostel’s airport transfer for easy arrival. All staff members are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and showers hot. Lockers in the dorms have a lot of storage space. There is some humidity in rooms/bathrooms which is common in riads but nothing too bad. One thing to note is that the hostel charges for towels and luggage storage (which I feel should be included) but all in all a very good place to stay for a solo traveller.
