Helpful manager, nice employees at cosy, honest Riad, easy assessed, with roof-top view to the mountains
In advance the manager, Mohamed Laichi, had arranged private pickup at the airport so we drove directly to the Riad.
We were warmly welcomed by Mohamed, who served us mint tea and introduced us to the Riad and together we planned our stay in Marrakesh, based on his recommendations.
Among other activities, we ordered cooking class at the Riad, a guided walk in Marrakech and combined hammam & massage. An advantage of choosing hammam at the Riad is the option of a combined husband/wife-spa in the same room - which to our knowledge is almost impossible at public spas in town.
Cooking class was a combined “buy the ingrediens at the local market with the manager, and the kitchen chef will guide you in preparing three marrochan traditional courses” - and you eat your own masterpiece at the end. 3 hours of fun
The rooftop, where you eat your breakfast, has a stunning view of the Atlas Mountains and we were lucky to see the sun-raise one morning.
The Riad is newly renovated and you will meet the most fantastic employees (Hamza included).
Rooms are small but cosy and have heating possibilities (a must during the cold December nights). Our bathroom was also small and it was a minor challenge to enter the toilet through the two small “salon-doors” - this is not for king-size people!
If you like walking in the media, this is the Riad to choose at the “outskirts” of the medina - and 20 minutes walk from the main squares.
But the Riad is 100 meter from the streets where taxis drives and thereby easy assessable if you prefer not to walk.
We can highly recommend the Riad AND the helpful and smiling employees are all wonderful people.

Everything was super neat and also a nice roof terrace.
