Best experience! Amazing rugs and customer service
They were the best! Bought the prettiest rug and they so well with us! Made the perfect memory for a perfect trip To the Sahara! They brought us water and everything! There are so many amazing colors to choose from and we can’t wait to put the rug in the living room!

Terrible don’t go!!
We went with another family and a recommendation. Where to start the entrance is not clearly marked and google directions cause confusion. There was no greeting, no explanations only told to be ready and dump our stuff. When it was time for the camel ride they didn’t tell us we needed our own never scarves that need to be bought prior to arrival which ruined the experience normal on camel rides everywhere else in Morocco. They didn’t provide water despite having children with us. And it being 30 degrees +!! The camel herder wouldn’t even talk or interact with us let alone take pictures. Camels were dirty. Finally the desert is of course amazing despite some garbage and we went to a large Dune to watch the sunset so ok we thought. Just a bad start as that part was amazing.
However we were wrong. We passed luxury camp after camp without knowing when ours would be finally dark out we arrived to almost no light… no fires no welcome… some hot tea and we had to beg for water and guess what you have to buy the water. No carpets were set out they were rolled up. Lights were broken. In the daylight things were worse for west some tents damaged holes in the cushions! Ok we knew we paid for luxury rooms in made tents but the people didn’t even seem to want to be there. No fires like the other places, food mediocre, this was supposed to be special??? In the morning their generator stopped working of course… After going back …by tuck only 3 min drive … they demanded cash only…
Save your energy go elsewhere, anywhere else, the desert is amazing don’t let the guys ruin it for you.
