Good evening.
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the staff of the Rent Inn Boutique Hotel in Rabat for their Warm Welcoming and Exceptional Service during my 3 day stay.
Many thanks to Hasna, Hafsa, Amina, Rajae and Khadija for their kindness, availability and professionalism. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the breakfasts are delicious and the location is ideal for visiting the city, especially thanks to the proximity of the tram.
I would definitely recommend your hotel to my loved ones and on social media. Thanks again for everything!

The hotel is very centrally located, with friendly and helpful staff, and the property itself is clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by a very noisy night. There was ongoing disturbance outside the hotel, with a drunk driver playing extremely loud music, shouting, honking, and drifting his car. The situation lasted throughout the night, and no authorities were called to address it, which made it impossible for us to sleep.

Would not recommend

The hotel is not as described. We were charged double tax even we had paid for it at the time of the booking. We were told by the manager he would look into it but never did. The reception staff was not helpful due to limited understanding of English. Lack of bath mats and hand towels throughout our 5 day stay. Definitely not the stars they claim to be.

Disappointing

Very bad experience.
The amount paid via Booking does not correspond to the invoice provided by the hotel, and taxes have been charged twice although they are indicated as already paid on Booking.
A major leak in the toilet was reported but never repaired.
The receptionist’s behavior was unsatisfactory, unprofessional, and he even told me that the hotel would be rated 3 stars and not 4, contrary to what is posted on Booking.
Very disappointing stay, lack of transparency and seriousness.

Fully paid booking cancelled by the hotel at the last minute

My stay was cancelled due to overbooking just one day before I was scheduled to travel to Rabat, despite having already paid in full. This was extremely stressful to manage, as the city was fully booked due to an important conference I was also going to attend. The reservation was made through Booking.com. It is both unacceptable and unethical that the platform allows a property to cancel at the last minute, while guests are penalized for doing the same. No to mention, completely unprofessional on the side of the Hotel.
