A very pleasant stay in the heart of Agdal
I spent a few nights at the Rent-Inn Boutique Hotel in Agdal and keep an excellent impression.
• The location is ideal: right in Agdal, close to the tram, shops and restaurants, which makes the stay very convenient.
• The staff is warm, attentive and professional. Special thanks to Mrs Hasnae for her warm and attentive Welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
• The hotel is spotless, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are well equipped and the bedding is of good quality.
• The location is ideal: right in Agdal, close to the tram, shops and restaurants, which makes the stay very convenient.

Disappointing with my idea of it
apartment well equipped and very clean. bathroom not very functional: shower door overlooking sink... it takes very thin to access. Leaking toilet. The restaurant is will do in times of Ramadan even in the evening in the beaches where one can eat what a shame because I booked for the restaurant

mediocre hotel toxic staff with no experience we are not safe in this hotel
Hotel RENT-INN rabat I stayed at this Hotel which is not trustworthy
No responsible, 3 women not competent in the field who do anything, I didn't get the room I booked online, I got a small room on courtyard considering the rate I paid, no hot water, cleanliness not at the appointment
the photos on the site are not real attention to false advertising????

On the 29/11/2024 at 12:00am we came back to your hotel , and when we entered our suite we found that the windows were fully open and the door lock room was removed, and one of the window lock was not working.
We immediately went to the reception to ask for an explanation of what has happened as we found the situation was weird specially when we were not informed via email , letter , unfortunately the reception agent said that he was off and he does not have any idea about the situation.
We got frustrated and we decided to leave the hotel due to lack of information about the situation, as well as we felt unsafe.
Manager called us the day after and apologize for what has happened and confirmed that it was a mistake from their end and that they will refund that one night we left the hotel, i have emailed them 3 times to do the transfer but till date nothing has happened.
This is totally unprofessional

Worst experience ever. Travelled from so far and then that gave us a room with no power light, just dark the AC wasn't working there was no light. Couldn't charge our phones or watch TV. The space is so tiny and congested looks nothing like the photos. Can barely fit one person in the elevator. We were just in this dark hole and stayed up all night cause it was hot and had to use our phone torch to use the washroom. They didn't give us another room either cause it was full. Will never come back here it's literally like a motel, not even a hotel!!
