Succulent with the view and fountain as a bonus

We came there for a lunch on our arrival in Safi. The terrace is splendid, the dishes are hearty and above all delicious. One of the best restaurants for now in Morocco

Deplorable experience at this hotel and restaurant

We stayed at this property as a family and our experience was extremely disappointing. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the room was dilapidated, with gaps (holes) visible on the doors and windows, allowing wind and rain to seep in. We hardly slept all night, because all the outside noises were perfectly audible, and the water even seeped under the door , yet we put towels under the door . The beds were extremely uncomfortable, worn out and making noise at the slightest movement making sleeping even more difficult
The bathroom was completely non-functional: the toilet bowl was broken and an unpleasant smell of moisture prevailed in the room. On the phone, we were assured that there was heating, but once there, nothing worked. Additional heating was provided, but it was outdated and barely operational.
We also tested the restaurant , and it was another great disappointment. Our dishes were cold, the fish was neither fresh nor properly cooked, giving off an infective smell. After reporting it, we were taken back to cook the dishes, but they were returned to us always cold and with the same smell of damaged fish. As a precaution for our health, we preferred not to eat.
Despite all these inconveniences, no commercial gesture was proposed. The staff, although kind, seemed overwhelmed by the situation. And this situation does not seem to concern the owners, neither quality (for the asking price) nor customer satisfaction
We strongly discourage this property.
