Tranquility by the lake

I loved everything: the tranquility, the attentiveness of the staff, the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, simple and delicious cuisine, and three pools to swim in peace no matter what.
It is a wonderful place that can be experienced as a retreat or as a country home. I highly recommend it.

Superb estate and excellent lunch.

A very nice estate with beautiful gardens, a restaurant and the manufacture of famous glasses. Access to manufacturing: very interesting, a real ancestral know-how to discover. You have to earn it on the road side but it's worth a visit. We had lunch there and it was very good. Simple and short menu but enough to make a good lunch in a nice setting. The seas were very well present and very good. The service is attentive and efficient. A very nice experience off the beaten track and hordes of tourists.

Wonderful gardens and scenery

Lovely 3 days here and well worth the experience.
Beautiful setting and a pleasant 70 mins drive from Marrakech. Unbelievably peaceful and clear, fresh air…very welcome after a few days in the Medina. Lovely views of the mountains and at night an impressive constellation. Probably the most memorable aspect for me are the gardens, wonderfully put together with a genius irrigation system. The idea of the warm and chilled pool is very sensible as, of course the family with youngsters head to the warm pool, whilst the adults, couples and so on head to the chilled one. There’s no pool service fyi though plenty of fresh towels. Beds both in rooms and pools good.
Lunches and dinners are fair to middling in our opinion. Well prepared and flavoursome, Yes, they just don’t give you anything to write home about. Also, quite limited in choice, especially for kids - we felt after four days of tagine in Marrakech we were pushing our luck with our kid and hoped for something more here, but alas. There was a pasta option in the evening but as Italians…say no more. Fried chicken and chips perhaps?
We would come again of course, but probably no more than three nights as the food could get monotonous. That said, we did not explore further than the hotel.

Nice location but way too expensive

The setting is really nice, quiet and well maintained.
But the price is really too high for rather spartan rooms (leaky shower, narrow beds, no wardrobe to store his things, no blackout curtains).
The meals are of quality, but 19 euros for the "children's menu" which is the same with each meal (a plate of pasta in tomato sauce!) it does not make you want to stay very much.
