Excellent host. The apartment was spotless, the bed was comfortable. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend.

Very bad experience. Do not recommend
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and stressful.
Upon arrival, we were not given the apartment we booked, but instead placed in a small basement room of much lower standard. Staff repeatedly promised we would be moved “the next day,” but this never happened over 5 consecutive days.
During this time:
We were repeatedly told to pack and prepare to move, then plans were canceled
Our belongings were constantly disturbed
We could not properly settle in
There were also serious disturbances at night, with staff knocking and ringing the doorbell around 3 AM on multiple occasions, waking us up repeatedly. This felt like harassment because they claimed we were loud when I was asleep and my husband was talking to his mom because of death in his family. He didn't understand why they were knocking and ringing constantly on the door and didn't stop till they woke me up (I was asleep). He onviously got angry because they woke me up and shut the door and asked to be left alone. Next night I couldn't even believe they came knocking and ringing the doorbell when we were both asleep again because they claimed there was noise coming out of our apartment. My man got angry and asked why they are waking up my wife when we were sleeping and slammed the door in their face. The next day I went down to complain to the boss who was not there and told them if they knock and ring the doorbell and wake my wife up again I'll go crazy. The day after I was going yo book 3 more nights and they doubled the price when it's off season. We said that we would go to another place and they said that we only had 20 minutes to pack and leave because the police is on the way.
As a result, we had to rush out, leaving behind personal belongings and suffering financial loss.
We were also told the room could not be locked and wouldn't give me the key, causing serious concerns for our safety and valuables. There are at least 12 laws they are breaking. Confirmed by AI and our lawier. The owner was going to talk to us at 19:00 o'clock and my husband is strong and very clever man so he didn't trust himself to go and see people being rude to his wife so I went there with a family friend to get our belongings then the owner just started attacking my personal space and was shouting and moving his hands (invasion of privacy) so our friend (A 72 year old man) tried to calm the situation but the owner pushed him repeatedly when the owner was attacking my personal space. This is all on camera. I didn't understand why he was so hostile to us so I just wanted to get my stuff and go because I was really scared of him. Then I asked where are my belongings and I just took everything I could and ran away with it again.
First they gave us 20 min to pack,now they gave me 2 min to leave. Of course I took the passports and my cards and cash and computer and I rushed out. Big financial lost for us. All the things were left behind.
This experience involved breach of contract, misleading conduct, harassment, and unacceptable behavior. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. I want everybody who reads this comment to know how this hotel works.

I'll start with the positive things. The apartment (and it is an apartment, not a hotel) is quite large and can easily accommodates at least 4 more people. I was traveling alone so it really felt quite spacious. The wifi was pretty fast and the shower was exceptionally hot which I was not expecting. Also, the property is really close to the main train station, for me its an easy walk. Also, the staff was hella chill.
That said, the negatives are everything else. This was not a clean space and there were moths everywhere. There was constant standing water under the sink and the main toilet did not work. Furthermore, everything was falling apart -- the door handle fell off the bathroom door when I opened it and the front door did not work half the time. (They did fix this) Me and the taxi driver could not find the entrance because the property is not clearly demarcated. This is not related to the hotel itself but if you choose to walk to the train station you have to navigate construction debris.
Overall, I dont recommend until there's major renovations.

There was undeveloped wasteland all around and the direct road from the railway station was closed.The nearest grocery store was far away.
Overall, my trip was successful and met my needs.

I was staying for the night. At some point I get a call from them, asking them when I was arriving. Told them I was arriving late and they shared the location. One hour later they send me a different location, around 5 km away from the original one. When I arrive to the location, I meet a man from security who charges me a “1euro tax” to give me the key to the room. I am escorted to a building in the middle of a ghost neighbourhood. The house had no pipe water
