Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Si Rachid le propriétaire-gérant de l’hôtel Villa Mirasol pour son remarquable esprit social, son ouverture d’esprit, sa transparence et ses grandes qualités humaines.
J’ai particulièrement apprécié son professionnalisme ainsi que l’attention qu’il porte au bien-être de ses clients. La propreté irréprochable de l’établissement, la qualité du service et l’accueil chaleureux témoignent de son engagement constant.
Merci pour cette expérience très agréable et pour les valeurs humaines qui font toute la différence. Je vous souhaite une pleine réussite pour votre projet.

Extremely Poor

-my room was not available
- i had to pay extra £50 for the room which was available which was a bigger room.
-the toilet was dirty and the door wouldn’t lock. i had told the receptionist and he said “don’t worry i am downstairs”. i couldn’t sleep because i was scared.
-they moved me into a smaller room the next day in the afternoon. it was clean and comfortable but the shower would not work.
-the manager had insisted that i was in the wrong for not having a confirmation email however this was wrong as it was all shown when i got here. i even showed my bank account etc.
-regarding the shower not working he insisted i used a different room. i didn’t see a point as i had already unpacked and only here til the morning. it was too much hassle as i am tired as well from travelling. he was apologetic but i was not happy at all.
-i wouldn’t recommend this place at all. the process was not smooth and i lost out on a lot of money. i couldn’t get even a small compensation.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Merason ! L’endroit est calme, propre et très bien entretenu. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Le personnel est accueillant et très attentionné, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.
