I wouldn't give him a star! ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID.

I wouldn't give him a star! ABSOLUTELY TO AVOID. Dilapidated room, bidet not working, toilet tablet broken, shower pipe broken.... SCANDALOUS! The pool was green, you could not see the bottom...! Only positive note, dinner we ate well.

HORRIFYING

The worst hotel of our entire trip through Morocco. The air conditioning only worked in one of the three rooms we occupied. The heat was unbearable. Couldn't sleep. In one of the rooms the toilet didn't work and they gave us a bucket to throw water into. Regular breakfast and dinner. The only good thing, the pool

Hotel is fine for a short stop, bit dated and past its best

Only stated a night and that's probably about right for this hotel. In the centre of 'town' but not much there. Small supermarket oppsite is good for supplies. Hotel is very dated and some bits well past needing refurbishment (others had leaking/smelly bathrooms). Food the usual south Moroccan offerings but better than some places and whilst limited did seem fairly freshly cooked and better than lukewarm!

in December'24 we slept only one night in this large and scruffy hotel, whose only advantage is the large garden and the vast outdoor space, properly organized around a beautiful pool (cold water rightly not usable in winter). Appreciable courtesy at reception and diligence in solving the various problems in the rooms (the 2 main: hot water supply and unheated room x non-working air conditioning). Very sloppy layout of the common areas, with long cold and bare corridors and no lift to take luggage upstairs.
Room: small but well usable, equipped with a small 24" TV, old-fashioned and cheap furniture, noisy and reduced effectiveness air conditioning, uncomfortable beds and poor soundproofing, poor lighting; the resulting quality of sleep is just enough.
Bathroom: small, cold and with minimal and poor quality products
Breakfast: union minimum with "salty department" not received and "sweet department" barely sufficient.
Dinner: served at the table (no buffet) proved to be good both in terms of course and quality, but definitely discredited by the cold room where it was served, poorly heated by a couple of stoves powered by LPG cylinders...
