Staff are great especially Olga

We really needed help with somewhere to stay for the night near airport. We made booking on booking.com... i remember feeling miserable and helpless... when we got to the hotel a lovely lady named Olga, God bless you Olga, really helped settle us in. The place has everything you need good bed good shower, alright kitchen, location is really cool, tge beach is round the corner..... but my gratefulness goes to Olga and other staff thank you

Beach front resort that won’t disappoint

The hotel is situated right on the Indian Ocean spectacular views. A huge walkable beach. Just be cautious of the paddlers on the beach The staff super friendly bend over backwards for you. The food is tasty

Warning is a big red flag
They are advertising this property with a kitchen fully equipment
When I got there all was a lie no washing machine not even pan to cook no chopping board no knife no Internet I have to wait for 48 hours before the Internet property smell like a sewage drain problem toilet paper they give you like in half use is lot more is endless complain
I end up doing a shopping unnecessary shopping just to survive my 11 days
You have no privacy they watching you all the time, even if being a guest for drink or dinner they wanna charge you
And they have this policy if you are tourist, you have to pay Tax 3€ euro per day per person is something they made up and they blame the government for that and that they didn’t put in the advertising is lot of hidden cost be careful
They have the right idea, but the wrong way running the business you gonna be end up having stress? You don’t need so do yourself a favour do not go stay there.
And is not cheap if I was cheap you can consider living there
I have every request with Expedia for your reputation. You should ban this people on your site. A lesson need to be learn. Very quick to take your money but you will never get a refund. I tried all I couldn’t do nothing so I had to stay. 11 day of hell
And ya Mauritius is such a beautiful place, but people like that give a bad reputation and a bad experience holiday thank God is over. I’m back in the UK safe Good luck to everyone.

Catastrophic

A real disaster. Changed 3x apartment which are as dirty as each other. Bedding in very bad condition with disgusting pillows. Kitchen is impassable. Does not match the description at all. Plus 1800 FRS for 3 weeks!

Very dirty (toilets not clean, hair on the bathroom floor, traces of toothpaste on the mirrors, floor not mopped). No one was attending the reception desk during business hours, had to call someone to check me in.
