Family holidays

Excellent service from the ladies Marla, Melany, Sandy we were in the restaurant carnivore we were attended by 10, the food very rich, I recommend the place will return on my next vacation.
My children enjoyed the menu, the hotel very nice, it is the third time I come and I love very much the space they offer, I highly recommend it.

Its the worst hotel in Acapulco. Expedia, you cant suggest to take a night in places like this.

Not a resort, but has its charms

We've stayed in Acapulco many times and this time decided to go for a budget-friendly vacation, so we opted for this place rather than a resort. Obviously there are some things we missed, like being right on the beach, and a spectacular view from a high floor balcony, but this place has its merits that you don't usually find at a resort.
The good: Huge 2-room suite. Full kitchen (including stove, full sized refrigerator, freezer)...we bought all our food and drinks at Walmart and cooked for every meal. Room has a balcony. AC worked well. Pool has a fun slide and diving board, deep enough to dive. There is also a shallow area perfect for kids, and a separate splash down pool for the slide. Free wifi worked great from our room on the 3rd floor. TV with good cable. Free parking in covered garage (I believe I was charged 25 pesos a day for parking at the last resort we stayed at). We seemed to have the place to ourselves. Definitely no one else swam in the pool the whole time we were there.
The not-so-good: Rooms are dated. Bathroom has shower but no tub. Beds and couches were hard. Beach isn't that far, but you have to cross a pretty unsafe intersection to get there. The hotel is across the street from a school, and we could hear PE class happening by mid-morning. We are used to city life, so didn't bother us much, but just saying, it's not a super quiet location.

As expected for the price. No AC in the rooms, had to pay extra for a room with AC...
