Nice clean hotel , grounds, pool area and small restaurant
Arrived at the hotel about 9pm , speedy check in and shown to our room , room was basic but clean and functional , nice shower and good pool / slight sea view. Rooms were cleaned daily with change of towels daily and bedding every other day
Restaurant was ok ..breakfast was basic, but lunch and dinner were average to good with a different theme each night .The bar and pool area are fantastic definitely the centre piece of the hotel. Great cocktails .
Staff are fantastic always ready to help .
Only down side we felt was the the rooms needed a small fridge and tea/ coffee making facilities.
There's a nice souvenir shop on site and a shop outside that's open till late .
There's a bigger shop 5mins down the road to the left which has a cash point .
There a nice little beach which you can walk down from the bar .
All in all had a great time at the hotel and would definitely come back

Best time ever
We spent the whole week in Imperial Las Perlas hotel. What a place and what a experience. We're leaving tomorrow and missing the place already. Brilliant service at restaurant and the beach bar. Everyone there was extremely helpful and very friendly. Special thanks to Israel our hotel barman, Gabriel, Andrea, Seleni Alex, Rachel, Jannet and Cristian who were always looking after us and our children. Victor doesn't want to go back home and will miss you all. We hope to see you again one day. Thank you very much.

I had a great time.
For a 3-star hotel, it exceeded my expectations since I saw very bad reviews, especially regarding the food. The truth is that they do put effort into their buffet; I appreciate that they offer salad. They have a variety of drinks, and I ordered several cocktails that were not on the menu, and they made them for me. It is worth staying at this hotel at a low cost, and I do recommend it.

Don't go from Daypass
I had booked Day Pass to spend May 10, we arrived at about 10:15 in reception only explained that the restaurant closed at 10:30 am and reopened at 1:00 pm which did not bother us and we decided to stay, but once we entered the pool area the place only has like 12 cots which were occupied and there were no places to be able to sit, the beach area only has about 3 small palapas which were occupied and there were no places to be able to cover the sun, when going to reception to comment on what happened and if there was way to get umbrellas or chairs and we are told that they can not do anything since there is no one responsible, if we had been told that the place was full from the beginning we would have avoided the bad experience, since we paid the balance that remained to be able to enter the facilities and we did not take even 30 minutes inside, in the end it was money thrown away as they do not make refunds, in the end we ended up paying new accesses of Day Pass in another hotel.
They should be clear since you are entering as the place is not suitable to offer the Daypass service, we were not the only ones in this situation as people who entered around the same time as us also chose to withdraw from the place and look for another option to spend the day.

Unhappy stay , avoid if you can
I stayed at Hotel Imperial Las Perlas Cancun from 03-10-2026 till 17-03-2026. My overall experience wasn't good.
They gave me a third-floor room. There is no lift, so you must climb the stairs. The room had a partial sea view and was a good size, but the furniture was very old. There were lots of ants in the bathroom sink. The bed was comfortable with no issues.
Around 4:30 in the morning it gets quite loud because the ferry service to the island runs behind the hotel. The area can be crowded early in the morning, which can affect privacy.
I booked an all-inclusive holiday, but the food was terrible. Only breakfast was reasonable; lunch and dinner were awful, so I ended up ordering food via Uber. The staff in the bar and restaurant were good, but some of the security staff were rude.
The hot water stopped partway through my shower on several days, and you have to wait a while for it to return. The towels provided were very old and should be replaced. There is a TV in the room but no kettle, so if you want tea or coffee you must wait until 7:00 a.m. when the hotel restaurant opens.
The restaurant has limited seating, so you often have to wait outside for staff to let you in. There are two swimming pools: one of reasonable size and one quite small. The beach behind the hotel is a bit rocky with stones and some seaweed, but it offers a nice view. It is easy to get to the islands from there since the ferry is right behind the hotel.
Overall, my experience was not great and I would not recommend this hotel.
