Located very close to the downtown bus station. We didn't have a car but I did notice a parking lot out the back. The only take away is that there was a night club across a side street and it was noisy at night.. and no pool.

Disco 4 meters from the hotel
I state that we were at the beginning of our holiday on 13 and the last day on 24 night .. the elevator did not work either the first or the last day!! the precise room 310 gave propio in front of the disco until 3 am the walls shook we did not sleep! (how can you give such a room?? the embarrassing thing is that we made it present at the reception and as if nothing had happened. . we even asked to stay an hour longer than the ceck out .. c they asked for 100 pesos!! embarrassing and unprofessional

Good for a short stay, but not ideal for a beach vacation
We stayed here for two nights. The room was clean, but not very spacious — if you have two large suitcases like we did, it gets a bit tricky to move around once they’re open.
Overall, the room was clean. Breakfast wasn’t great — you can only choose one dish and the options are very limited.
The location is far from the beach and the hotelera zone. We were a bit disappointed because we thought everything would be easier to reach. But in the end, it worked out fine since we only stayed two nights (the first upon arrival and the second after a day trip to Isla Mujeres).
It’s fine for a short stay or if you’re just passing through,
but if you’re planning to stay longer, look for something closer to the beach.

Hotel Luma by Kavia Cancun
Simple and cheap hotel in Cancun about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Given that it is not near the sea and is not 'near the Hotelera area. We chose it only and exclusively because having arrived in Cancun in the evening around 9 pm we did not immediately want to go down to the Tulum area but relax one night in Cancun and the next day leave for Tulum. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The room very spacious and the shower immense! Very interesting is the fact that a 5-minute walk you are in the central station ADO where all buses leave for multiple destinations. We took a note for Tulum the next day and for 2 adults and 2 girls we paid 25 €... which with the taxi to Tulum ask you at least 90 € / 100 €. The breakfast that turns out to be included in the price do not think it is a super international breakfast buffet etc... None of this ‘... bring you a menu’ and you have to choose only one thing with a drink, from pancakes to eggs with bacon etc... but only one thing you can’ choose for free. For the rest Hotel is perfect if you want to stay one night in Cancun
