The Add is False Advertising.
Their add is false. There is NO games room, coffee shop, air transportation, adjacent golf course or bottled water supplied. The kitchenette had a very dirty fridge, but it worked after we exchanged the original with one that works. The exchanged frige was filthy on the outside. The pots and pans were of very poor condition. One tea towel and a dish sponge were supplied and a small dish soap. The beds did not have fitted mattress covers or fitted sheets. The sheets were for a smaller size bed. The maid service was twice a week unless we asked for more. There were NO wash cloths or hand towels and NO towel racks. Their were NO pool bath towels. The patio doors did not latch and sticks were used to prevent them sliding open ( for security). The pool was good enough, but some man that looked homeless showed up, put on his trunks and cleaned up and cooled off in the pool, twice that we saw ! We reported it to the desk!! Why? The wifi worked in our suite, but not out side the suite by the pool. The deck lounge chairs were made of slat wood and were very uncomfortabe to use to tan, even with a towel. There were very few clothes hangers and NO hooks to hang clothes. You had to buy two laundry tokens at a time at $5.00 US each to use their filthy laundry facitlities. I ended up bringing one home because there was no one at reception when I checked out. Many of the suites are permanent residents, including a con man they allowed that sold excursions and would hide, so we could not get a refund he promised, for excursions that had been cancelled. We shall never return.

Great Place, Highly recommend it
I went with my family and the apartment they gave us was impeccable. It has a reception where they let us leave our bags until check-in and the communication was good constantly (I rented by Airbnb). Very nice facilities too (it has a pool). It has a taxi terminal to go to the beach if you don't have a car.

Don't believe all the reviews on here!
Short and sweet. The place is not awful. I was just there for the past four days. It is not a hotel, and there is no food offered. The best way to describe this place is that it is an apartment (with a kitchen and utensils to make food.) I personally made no food there and just choose to eat out everyday. For those of you who do not have a car. It is a 15 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which is really not that bad at all. It is a beautiful walk, through palm trees, and you can see the lagoon.
There is only one staff member that speaks and understand English, and that staff member does not work everyday. I had to get by using google translate with the person at the "reception desk", (a window at the side of the main apartment complex). No harm no foul. There was a mutual understanding, and everything worked out really well.
One complaint that my roommate had, was that there were ants crawling all around our apartment. Sometimes ever during the evening he found them on himself. Personally I had none on me, and I did not have this issue in my room, however, there is a small super market store about 5 minutes walk from the apartment complex, where we bought anti bug spray, and we solved the problem very quickly.
This place does have room service, they basically provide new towels, soap, and shampoo. Other than that they don't do that much. As for the towels. Someone earlier on here wrote that they were second hand used towels. That's true, my towels had spots on them from who knows where. Most of my towels where white, probably because I tipped the room service 100 pesos a day, however, the first day we came, our towels had spots. Those were obviously used for the beach and the floor post shower.
A lot of reviews on here were negative, and really scared me from coming here, but because I was on a budget, and booked through Hotwire, I had no choice. The reviews, are not all true. This place is not awful, for the price we paid, and the time we stayed, which was really only just for sleep. This is a good place, and you shouldn't have any fears staying here.
