Welcome to Nomads Experience, aside from offering a beautifully-boho designed accommodations with comfortable spaces, we are located in the heart of downtown Cancun, walking distance from convenience stores, authentic Mexican restaurants, shops and 10 minutes away from the beautiful white sand Caribbean beaches. Incredible

Incredible place! I really liked the hotel, but especially the staff's service—it was a 10/10. I tried both restaurants and I absolutely loved them; so many options! I enjoyed a wonderful massage, which I also highly recommend. This is a luxurious place to relax and be pampered.

Worst experience ever

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Avoid this hotel.
The photos are completely different from reality. The rooms are not clean, the bathrooms are old and dirty, and the swimming pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos. There is also ongoing maintenance work at the hotel, which is very disruptive. The breakfast and food are of very poor quality.
I’ll attach photos so you can see the actual condition for yourselves.

Magnificent

The place is beautiful with several restaurants and shops inside. The staff is very friendly, Chaveli helped us a lot. We tried the massage service and it was excellent.

Amazing

The hotel was amazing, the rooms were large and beautiful. I had the opportunity to get a massage and wow, totally recommended. Upon arrival, they greet you with a refreshing towel, which is helpful because, uff, the Cancun heat! All the reception staff are very friendly, especially Chavely. We would love to return.

wonderful room and excellent location

I was a little skeptical, as the hotel has very diverse reviews and in some instances it was referred to as a hostel. However, when we arrived, it was clear this is not a hostel, but yet a normal hotel. The check in was smooth, staff super friendly and we were upgraded. The room we had was fantastic! Very clean, huge, with a little living room with fridge, a big bathroom with bath and shower and even a dressing. We had everything we needed (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, more than enough towels). Next to that the bed was really good with the softest sheets we had during our whole trip. The building has a very nice style and a lot of nice little corners. We didn't use the swimmingpool at the end, but it surely looked nice too. And the location was really good. We were there on a Saturday and in the evening there's a super nice atmosphere at the palapas square, which is a 5 min walk. Also plenty of restaurants close by. And if you see the price you pay... I think it was pretty cheap for what we got. I would definitely go back and recommend this place!
