We had a great time. I've never met a staff as kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

rooms were extremely clean. The staff was friendly. Swim up bar beautiful. Unfortunately there were many issues from day one. I planned everything in advance with concie. Welcome package to on beach massages. For our 20th anniversary. When we arrived the room was wrong there were two beds nothing was set up. 3 hours later the right room but everything that was ordered prior was wrong. I had allergies to the things that were actually provided. The staff that I had set everything up with wasn't there that day so everything was wrong. Which was very unfortunate because Ingrid had been amazing during the whole time. Then comes time for the beach massages. They were not on the beach. I get massages regularly at home but in Michigan it's not something I can get on the beach. So this was going to be a new exciting experience for our 20th anniversary. Which didn't happen. At the end of our stay they gave us a complimentary 20 minutes Beach massage to make up for it. Which was very kind, considerate but didn't really make up. but at least we had the experience. I have to say that they did try. By the end of our stay we finally got the welcoming package with everything that I had ordered. But as I said it was the end of the stay. At the swim-up bar it was very hard to get service unless you were a member or a local it seemed. I thought it would go by tipping LOL but that's not the case. The food was definitely lacking even in the restaurants that you needed reservations for.

Our experience was overall good. When we checked in the Front desk the man was very rude but the woman was very helpful. The bartenders and waiters were very good and attentive. The food was not very good I expected a better selection of food taste was not good. But the staff other than the check in person was great. Not sure if I will be staying at Royal Solaris again l, I have stayed at GR Caribe and it was better.

The room was decently clean upon arrival, but we experienced several issues during our stay. Our balcony hot tub didn’t work properly, neither the jets nor the light functioned. The toilet only half-flushed and essentially didn’t work for the entire stay. Despite submitting a request, the staff did nothing to fix it.
Throughout our visit, extensive renovations were taking place across the hotel, including new flooring, exterior painting, and light fixture replacements. We were not made aware that such a large portion of the hotel would be under maintenance, which significantly impacted our experience.
The staff were alright but often unhelpful, especially at the pool bar and buffet. At the buffet, we were frequently ignored, and requests for water were rarely fulfilled. While the buffet food is included, it was underwhelming compared to other resorts.
This was my third trip to Cancun, and unfortunately, out of all three resorts I’ve stayed at, this was by far the worst.
