Basic but not good.
1. There is no hot water.
2. The shower had no pressure, almost 5 drops of water came out.
3. Sheets with hair and it was obvious that they were not washed.
4. We found a sandal under the bed, meaning there is not enough order.
5. The toilet had soap stuck to the walls. (Poor hygiene)
6. The wifi is extremely slow.
7. The air conditioning was leaking water.
I think the price is ok. However for a small amount more I think you can find something better.
The communication with the host is the only good thing, it was fast and efficient.

Sky inn hotel management should definitely give Gina a raise
I truly appreciate what MS Gina did for us ,She's a very caring person and also very patient with her job,always willing to go beyond her scope of duty and help us a Taxi for the Airport, Well done ✔️I truly appreciate it ❤️

Amazing Hotel
Only a few minutes from the mall and from the beach!
Would definitely recommend.
Having the restaurant La Casa De Los Abuelos downstairs was such a treat, the food was amazing and it’s only down the elevator.
If you’re coming to Cancún and do not want to spend a fortune, stay at Ski Inn Hotel.
