Very homeyish, but no pool.

It was really cosy, mmm. Nice location but a pool could've done the thing. Honestly , that was kinda the gap: no pool. Still worth a shot anyhow. The little non-lux makes it "homeyish". Really nice place to stay at. Honestly. Have it a go. It's cool.

Of 2 rooms, 1 bedroom was nice but both showers (tiles) could be upgraded

Front desk personnel was great. Booked 2 rooms -----first single bedroom was nice, and aesthetic while the second double bedroom - beds need to changed. Curtains were torn... both bathrooms were okay and usable however they could use some renovation - replace stained, chipped broken tiles! Restaurant across the street was lovely. Close proximity to other stores. Soap and shampoo provided.

pesimo personal y poca etica

What a disservice, the receptionist of the third shift is not recommendable, ill-behaved, a young person without preparation for service, without values. I can't believe they're announcing your rest and well-being when the receptionist tells you he's not here to serve you, and the second shifter has to come in to defend him. Poor attention, it is a pity, advertising is not profitable for the capital of the state, Mara Lezama, what a latent pity, you have worked so hard to raise the capital and you let places like this tarnish the image, prestige and desire to return to this beautiful municipality. Code RED Quintana Roo, inform tourists that this is not a viable place to invest in a place of rest and well-being as they say in their publications.

Simple and effective

A small, simple and efficient hotel in Chetumal. Here at the beginning and end of Mexico is this hotel. Good if you are coming from or going to Belize.
Nothing extra but mostly storage.

Horrible experience at Caribe

Rude unfriendly receptionist . My hotel room had roaches !!! I had to check in to a different hotel due to the large roaches infestation in my room. I wish I could have taken pictures but I went into a panic attack as I have a phobia.
