Sloppy hotel

The hotel is located in the center.
We were greeted with a smile but the response to all our requests for information (restaurants, voltage etc.) required consultations among the staff. The level of English proficiency was very low.
The building is large, bright with ample space: a large breakfast room, spacious rooms, swimming pool.... too bad it was so neglected, minimal furniture and very worn. The room was spacious but bare and the sheets had not seen, even from a distance, the iron. Cleanliness was not thorough.
The buffet in the restaurant was not working so the American / à la carte breakfast was served to us at the table. It was good and the portions right. The offer was mainly salty. Quick service.

Poorly maintained

The room was dirty: there were dark hairs on the bed and spots on the sheets. Pool was not maintained, sun loungers and parasol even broken. Looks like a hotel in disrepair. Staff friendly but this does not compensate for the rest.

A quiet place in the middle of the center of Chetumal

My family and I stayed at this hotel. It is not luxurious but the atmosphere is quiet, has a restaurant, pool with a small waterfall and bathtub in the bathroom. The beds have soft mattresses. Located a few steps from the Museum of Mayan Culture, in the center of Chetumal. Easy access.

Decent hotel in Chetumal, but I think can be better. Pillows and bed are on the soft side, and hotel is probably a bit old so it has a smell. Conveniently located across the Mayan museum and probably one of the better hotel in chetumal. Wifi is very intermittent.
