An Exceptional Stay in Mexico City
I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and hospitality I received during my stay in Mexico City. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, warm, professional, and attentive. Everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, enjoyable, and truly memorable.
The complimentary transportation was an especially wonderful touch and made getting around so much easier and more convenient. It was clear that the team genuinely cared about providing an outstanding experience, and their kindness and willingness to help never went unnoticed.
My trip to Mexico City was truly one of the best experiences, and the amazing staff and service were a huge part of what made it so special. I leave with wonderful memories and a heart full of gratitude.
Thank you so much to the entire team for making my stay such a fantastic experience. I would absolutely come back again and would love to stay here on my next visit to Mexico City. Highly recommended! ❤️

Pleasant experience
My experience at the Hotel Alexander was excellent. I stayed for a week for work reasons, participating in several meetings, and the hotel far exceeded my expectations.
The atmosphere is comfortable, elegant, and welcoming, in addition to having a very convenient location. The service from the entire team was always cordial, attentive, and very professional, which made a big difference during a quite intense week of work commitments.
The room was very comfortable, impeccable, and well-maintained, offering very pleasant moments of rest between meetings. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety of options and excellent service.
Without a doubt, an excellent option for those who travel for work and are looking for comfort, practicality, and high-quality service. I would return without a doubt and would highly recommend it!

Hotel Alexander - Great experience
We stayed in Hotel Alexander for 5 nights and it was a great experience. It is the leading hotel in the world for justified reasons. The reception was welcoming, the rooms are very comfortable and large, the food and bar are excellent. The staff, all of them, provides efficient and polite assistance in any respect requested.
Highly recommended hotel.
