Just average hotel overall in a busy, vibrant city. Breakfast buffet was very nice with variety of options, hot and cold.

The room was neat and clean. Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. It was unclear where to find the fitness room there seem to be confusion or misunderstanding about whether or not the pool was open. The room was very warm despite adjustments to the temperature control. However it was cooler in other areas of the hotel. The staff were accommodating for any concerns that we brought up. There were times at the housekeeper, didn’t replace the hand towel or the washcloths and we’re not sure why. Room service was fast.

Hotel is nice, very good standard of cleanliness. Room was very nice, if a little small. Staff friendly & helpful, we requested extra pillows & were given them. Breakfast very good, good location. Happy with the hotel all round, had a comfortable stay.

Being near Plaza Revolución , you can hear all the noises of the area. The air conditioning did not cool.

Average Hotel With Good Service

We stayed here 3 nights with our pilgrimage group. Room: spacious but the beds are hard. Only 2 pillows per bed, we asked for 2 more, but they can only gave 1. The water pressure makes a weird sound, I guess when it us used at the same time. We had an issue with the safe and they replaced it. This is the only hotel we stayed that has a refrigerator in the room, we stayed in 4 different hotels. Overall, we had a good stay.
