she made our experiencne so nice EvaMariawas incredibly sweet, respectful&humble

I can’t begin to express how wonderful our experience was. The included breakfast/lunch was excellent better than most. I highly recommend going early, around 7:00 a.m., when everything is fresh and plentiful.
I especially want to mention the room attendant her name was Eva Mena wonderful woman sooo nice, I believe. She was incredibly sweet, respectful, and humble.
I was traveling with an elderly patient, and she went out of her way to help us when she didn’t have to.
She was always smiling and so kind.
The service was always immediate, and they even provided us with an extension cord when we needed one. Lots of blankets
Just be quick elevator close to fast no slow pokes lol.
Overall, it was a great place, and we truly appreciated the care and attention we received.

My go-to hotel every time I'm in Mexico City

This has become my favorite place to stay in Mexico City, and I keep coming back for a reason. The recent renovations have made the hotel feel even fresher, while the rooms remain incredibly spacious with equally generous bathrooms. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the Metro, Metrobús, bike stations, convenience stores, and so much of the city. What truly keeps me loyal, though, is the reception team. Their service is consistently warm, efficient, and genuinely exceptional every single visit.

Very good experience, definitely when you return, we will stay here.

Good hotel, close to the center, affordable prices.

All the restaurant staff were very attentive, especially Miss Paola, she helped us in such a way that our stay and visit to the city was much better, that cannot be thanked enough.
We only had breakfast at the restaurant, but it was good.
There was a small issue with the room that the hotel kindly solved by moving us to another with the same amenities.

The staff at El Ejecutivo greatly enhanced my stay. From the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant personnel, every team member demonstrated attentive service, respect, and professionalism. The food at the restaurant was excellent!
The building and facilities appear dated. However, they are maintained in working condition, and while some repairs could be more refined, the facilities remain functional.
