Very good service from Katya and Celeste who were attentive to us the whole time, and a very good massage from the therapists

My favorite hotel in the Americas!

My favorite hotel in the Americas. My room was superb. The weightroom and pool are first-rate. Food exquisite. I am greeted always as family. I was celebrating my birthday, and a delicious treat was delivered to my door one evening (pictured below).
The concierge desk (Javier, Edith and more!) masterfully arranged restaurants and transportation. When I was jogging outside, I tripped, scraping my arm and knee. When I returned to the hotel, a most able team of Luis and Iván came to my room, cleaned the wounds and expertly bandaged me up!
I can’t say enough about the wonderful team at the Marquis Reforma: Susana at reception always greets me warmly. Gustavo in the restaurant remembers what I like to order for breakfast. Iván cleaned my room each day with care.
Can’t wait to go back!!!

Spa day made great with awesome customer service

We had a day spa pass. Manuel was so attentive. Every time I turned around, my water was refilled. Manuel made a good spa great with his attention to detail. Would definitely come back to their spa.

We spent 7 days at the Marquis Reforma in Mexico City and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond throughout our stay — attentive, warm, and professional at every turn, which made a huge difference for a longer trip like ours.
We also treated ourselves to the spa services, which were excellent — a relaxing and well-run experience that added a lot to the trip. The location on Reforma is convenient for exploring the city, and the overall quality of the hotel felt well above what we paid.
For the price, this hotel really over-delivers. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Mexico City looking for great service and a comfortable stay.
