A Truly Memorable Stay with Exceptional Hospitality and a Personal Touch

My stay at Las Suites was truly amazing and memorable. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. The hospitality was exceptional, and what impressed me most was the perfect combination of professionalism with a genuine human and emotional touch.
I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to America from the kitchen staff. She always took wonderful care of me during breakfast and went out of her way to make sure I received my favorite food, served with warmth and care. Her kindness and personal attention made my mornings even more special. She is truly an amazing person, and I wish her good health, happiness, and every success in life.
My room was also very comfortable, and the housekeeping and other services were fully satisfactory. I would also like to mention Shadani from the reception, who personally helped me get my Uber Eats order delivered when I had run out of cash. Daniel was equally helpful and cooperative in assisting me with checking the weight of my luggage. These thoughtful gestures truly reflect the caring nature of the entire team.
Every member of the Las Suites team contributed to making my stay comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. I am sincerely grateful for their warmth, kindness, and excellent service. This is a stay I will cherish for a long time, and I would be very happy to return to Las Suites in the future.
Thank you to the entire team for making my experience so special!

We would return there.

We had a very good time. Reception and concierge were always on top of everything and made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is very centrally located within walking distance of Presidente Masaryk.

Nice lodging, great service, excellent location

Great experience, the place is very, very beautiful, from the moment you arrive, they welcome you super kindly, the lobby is gorgeous, and the service is spectacular. The suites are beautiful, spacious, clean, and have great natural light. Although, my suite faced the beltway, and well yes, it was a bit noisier (from the outside traffic) than I would have liked. But aside from that detail, everything was excellent!!
