Room was clean. And we got housekeeping everyday. Air conditioning and elevator is a plus! Location very close to comercial and restaurant areas in Reforma. Bed was very very hard and pillows very hard. Not comfortable.when we arrived, there was only one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth . I asked for two extra towels, I usually use two, and my husband one. They wont give more than two bathtowels, one hand towel and one washcloth. Not even paying. Well.. above all the stay was nice. We just bought one extra towel in the store to use while there. Service was good, and clean. Very basic.

I stay at this property often and it is my favorite in the area; the only concerning aspect is that the rates have gone up considerably in the last year. Otherwise, I highly recommend It.

Great location, safe, and staff was great. Very spacious and comfortable. The place loses due to the fact that it’s clear sheets weren’t changed before a my arrival, which makes me wonder if this is something they do for others. I found 4 hairs in the sheets that weren’t mine and this led to everything feeling off after.

I CANCELLED the reservation upon arrival, UNPRESENTABLE!!

I had the reservation made through the hotel website on December 3, I have reservation number 25120476823 confirmed by email and thank you for the reservation.
Today at 9 a.m. I get an email advising of the CANCELLATION.
I call them on the phone and they tell me that they no longer take place....incredible, I ask them to give me a solution and they say "look in the area that there are many building options"
AMAZING!!
A disaster, right now I'm looking for the apps where to sleep today.
