The Mark, a delightful surprise!

Highly recommended! We were pleasantly surprised; we came for the location and the best part was the staff! Everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful; impressive. The breakfasts were wonderful.

Good accommodation, bad image of the staff.

In general, my stay was good. The room was clean, the shower worked correctly, and the facilities were in good condition.
However, there was a situation that I found very unpleasant. I observed members of the cleaning and kitchen staff kissing while they were in their work areas. I consider this type of behavior inappropriate in a service environment and it projects an unprofessional image of the hotel. I hope the administration can address these types of situations to maintain the standards of professionalism that guests expect.

Lovely boutique hotel in a peaceful location

This wee boutique hotel is just west of the city. Initially we were like. Oh my god. Everything is so far. But having spent the day in the historical district the Mark is an absolute delight to come home too. Everything is perfect. The staff. Breakfast the room. Lovely coffee in the room Ubers are relatively cheap in Mexico. So this makes the perfect base to explore the city from

Very comfortable hotel; I inquired about access.

Beautiful place. The hotel is a very nice converted house. Very quiet, safe, and relaxing. There is a problem with the main access door, and the rooms do not have air conditioning.

When I arrived, the place had large "CLAUSURADO" signs posted by the authorities. They in fact shut down the place! Can't believe these people are offering reservations while the property is closed. BTW, I did call and knocked on door, to no answer.
